Greeter / Asset Protection Associate
The general description of the position is a person
to work on the retail sales floor for the duration of the shift,
greeting guests, assisting them to locate their products, stock
shelves, front shelves, and at the same time to monitor for and
deter shoplifting.
Typical schedule 12– 8 pm Thurs, Fri, Sat,
Sun, plus one other day.
Job Description
- Protects the assets of ABC Fine Wine & Spirits through the
practice of deterrence.
- Assists in the investigation of shoplifting, including
gathering witness statements, analyzing situations and evidence
and securing relevant evidence.
- Deters and reports internal theft.
- Protects the assets of the company by monitoring to ensure a
safe and clean environment.

Manager Trainee

Store Manager
SUMMARY: Learns ABC
Operation to manage retail store engaged in selling alcoholic
beverages and related lines of merchandise by performing the
following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting the store manager to prepare work schedules and
assigns employees to specific duties.
- Coordinates sales promotion activities and prepares, or
directs workers preparing, merchandise displays.
- Supervises employees engaged in sales work, reconciling cash
with sales receipts, keeping operating records, and preparing
paperwork for office, or performs work of subordinates, as
needed.
- Orders merchandise to replenish stock on hand and reviews
orders of subordinates.
- Ensures compliance of employees with established security,
sales, housekeeping and recordkeeping procedures and
practices.
- Answers customer's complaints or inquiries. Locks and secures
store.
- Checks identification of customers and enforces age
requirements. Insures compliance with Beverage Laws.
- Attends regularly scheduled meetings.
- Candidate is required to attend all company wide training
classes as well as the leadership training classes.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties and/or projects, as assigned.
SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages up to 3 subordinate supervisors who
supervise a total of 1 to 20 employees on the other shifts. Is
responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation
of these units. Also directly supervises up to 20 non-supervisory
employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES,
REGISTRATIONS:
Must be certified responsible vendor. Must
have current driver’s license. Must have a clean criminal record in
accord with state legal requirements.

Familiarity with brands of alcoholic
beverages.

Wine Sales Consultant

- Provide outstanding customer service
- Compiles and maintains lists of prospective and current
customers for use as sales leads, based on information from
various sources
- Travels throughout assigned territory to visit with regular
and prospective customers to solicit orders
- Talks with customers on sales floor by phone

guidelines
