You can update your ABC card information by using our

How do I get points for my internet order
All online orders that have an ABC Card number submitted with the order have reward points from the order manually added to the ABC card record in the Main Club, the Internet Club, and any other applicable clubs that should receive points for the order.
Simply enter your ABC card number in the ABC Card field on the "Receipt
Page" after accepting the Terms and Conditions.

Can I add a gift message to my order
You can add a gift message by clicking on the “Edit Gift Options” button on the first checkout screen located on the right side of the page or by entering it in the “Order Notes” on the second checkout screen at the bottom of the page. If your order has already been placed and you would like to add a gift message, please
send us the information.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped
We do not offer gift wrapping for our internet orders. All orders are shipped safely in cardboard boxes using Styrofoam shippers or bubble wrap. The information printed on our packing lists does not include any pricing information. The packing list information is the recipient address, a listing of the items included in the shipment, and any gift message that was entered with the order.
How can I get my gift card balance
You can get the remaining balance on your gift card by calling our Accounting Department at (407) 851-0000, or you can
contact us. The numbers off of the back of the card (below barcode) will be required.
How can I use a gift card online
We do not currently have a way for gift cards to be used online. All gift cards must be used in our stores.
My order is a gift, will prices be printed on the shipping invoice/packing list
The information printed on our packing lists does not include any pricing information. The packing list information is the recipient address, a listing of the items included in the shipment, and any gift message that was entered with the order.

Can I pay at the store for my online order
All online orders must be paid for online before they can be sent to the store for pick up. Once the order is paid for online, it will be processed and sent to the selected store on their next truck delivery.
Do I have to pay for my order using Paypal
All online orders can be paid for using Paypal or any major credit card. You can pay with Paypal by logging in to Paypal, or you can choose the “Continue without logging in” link which will take you to the credit card entry screen to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Yes, there are many products that we don’t carry in our stores that we are able to special order through our distributors. You can inquire about a product or place a special order by visiting any of our stores or by

How can I find out if you carry a specific product
Why can’t I find a product online that I know ABC carries
Our online inventory is limited to items that are available for us to ship out of our warehouse. Items such as soda, beer, gourmet foods, and glassware are not listed online because we are not able to ship those products. Most wine, spirits and cigar products should be listed online. If you cannot find a specific product, please
contact us.

How do I find out when my order will arrive at the store selected on my order
Delivery time for store delivery orders depends on the selected store’s truck schedule. Stores normally receive a truck on a weekly basis. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as an email with the expected arrival date at the store. To find out what your store’s truck delivery

How much will it cost to ship my order
All online orders for beverage alcohol can be shipped to any business or residence in Florida via Federal Express. The shipping charge for Federal Express orders is dependent on the total number of bottles ordered and the zip code it is being delivered to. Once you have items in your basket, you can use the "Shipping Estimate" option on the right side of the page to get an estimated shipping cost for standard ground shipping.
Online orders for cigars can be shipped to any business or residence in the continental United States and the shipping charge for standard ground is $7.95 per order.
Most Fedex deliveries take 1-5 days using standard ground shipping and expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.
When will my order ship out and how long will it take to arrive
Most online orders ship out the same day or by the next business day, however not all orders are available for same/next day shipping. On the rare occasion that an order will take more than a day to ship out, you will be contacted with an expected shipping date. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a ship confirmation email. In that email is a "View Online" link that will take you to your order to track the order with Federal Express. Most standard ground deliveries take 1-5 business days for delivery. Please be aware that an adult signature (21 years of age or older) is required for all beverage alcohol deliveries. For all store delivery orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as an email with the expected arrival date at the store.
Where can ABC ship to
We are currently only able to ship beverage alcohol to any business or residence in Florida using Federal Express (with a shipping charge). We can ship cigar orders to any business or residence in the continental United States (with a $7.95 shipping charge). All orders can also be shipped to any ABC store for pick up (no shipping charge).
