Colombo is one of the most acclaimed vintners of the Rhône Valley and Provence. This rosé from a promontory overlooking Marseilles, from a blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Mourvèdre, and 20% Counoise, shows a light pink color; raspberry, cherry and strawberry aromas; flavors of peach and strawberry leading to a crisp, dry finish. It's great for ham, salmon or cold cuts.
